You pay per visit. We keep a card on file and charge it the day we complete each visit — never before. No monthly fees, no annual charges, no setup costs. You only pay for service you actually receive.

Each Essential visit packs in more work because we only see you four times a year — the gutters, the seasonal readiness checks, the inspections all happen on those four visits. Premier visits are lighter individually because we're back next month, so seasonal tasks get spread across more visits. Per-visit price reflects how much work happens in each one. Annually, Essential costs the least and Premier costs the most.

Yes — no contracts, no commitments. Skip a visit or cancel anytime. Since you only pay per visit, there's nothing to refund. Member benefits (priority scheduling, member discount) stay active through the end of any month you've already had a visit, then end if you don't reschedule.

We supply them. On your first visit we'll measure every filter in your system — HVAC, fridge, range hood — and order quality pleated filters in your sizes. Replacement at each scheduled visit is included in your visit price.

Call us. Members get priority scheduling on all additional services plus 10–20% off labor depending on your plan. Premier members get priority emergency scheduling. Note: priority means we move you to the front of the line, not that you skip a quote — we'll always confirm pricing before starting work.

Your member discount (10–20% depending on plan) applies to labor on any additional service we provide, capped at $200 / $350 / $500 per project for Essential / Complete / Premier. Materials are at our standard pricing. Subcontracted specialty work (licensed electrical, plumbing, etc.) and emergency response calls aren't discounted, but members always get priority scheduling on those.

Major repairs, code-required licensed work (electrical panels, gas lines, structural), appliance repair beyond cleaning, two-story gutter cleaning, full-house pressure washing, and anything that exceeds your tier's included labor hours. We'll quote those separately at your member discount when applicable.

Anytime. Most homeowners start with Essential and upgrade once they see what an extra hour of labor at each visit can knock off the honey-do list. Just let us know and we'll switch your cadence at the next visit.

If you're within ~40 miles of Leander, yes. That covers Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Austin, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, and most of the surrounding communities. Outside that range — give us a call and we'll see if we can make it work.
